Once an order is placed you should receive an acknowledgement email, this is not a confirmation email. On a rare occasion, we experience some technical issues with our stock checking system which ultimately leads to items being advertised that are no longer in stock. On these occasions a full refund will be issued and the order cancelled. We apologies for this in advance.

Returns: Returns are accepted for up to 14 days from you receiving your order. A refund or exchange is available on all items, please specify which one you would like when returning an item. Upon the return of an item within the 14 days for a refund, the full amount minus postage cost will be refunded. All items must be returned in all original packaging and original tags still intact sent via recorded delivery.

Hand made items, hand made items take approx 3-4 weeks to be made and 4-6 weeks for photo items. Plus postage time.

Faulty goods: Should an item you receive appear to be faulty a refund or exchange is available within 14 days from receiving the goods. Upon the return of the goods for refund the full amount including postage will be refunded. Including return postage costs. All items must be returned unworn in all original packaging and original tags still intact sent via recorded delivery.
